Simms offers free shipping on instant exchanges and returns on purchases or on gift items you’ve received from within 60 days of original purchase. Use your order number [starts with “WEB-“] and shipping zip code to begin an exchange or return now. Details and instructions below






We’ll ship a different size, color or new style immediately. Free shipping both ways.*


Exchange for the right size, color or another item entirely – your new item will ship immediately, and you’ll receive a label for free return shipping of the original item(s) back to Simms. Just drop your box off at your nearest UPS location or request a pick-up. Your new item(s) will ship to you for free**. You have a full 60 days to begin your exchange on any new, unused item. See details below.


You may exchange for items of equal, greater, or lesser value. The difference will be collected, or a partial refund issued during the exchange process. If a balance is owed, you will receive a refund of the balance to the original payment method.

Exchanging a Gift? If you received an item from as a gift, you may exchange using the order number found on your packing slip [starts with “WEB-“]. When exchanging for items of greater value, the difference will be collected during the exchange process. When exchanging for items of less cost, a refund will be applied to the original payment method.  








Items purchased directly from SIMMS may be returned within 60 days of purchase for a refund to the original payment method. Returns ship free within the lower 48 states**.

  • - Exchanges / Returns must be initiated 60-days from original purchase date.
  • - Original item must have been purchased directly from Simms.
  • - Items purchased on final clearance, stickers, certain oversize items and custom wader orders are not eligible for exchange or returns.
  • - Select oversize and odd-shaped items not eligible for free shipping on returns or exchanges as indicated on the item listing page.
  • - One return or exchange per item purchased.
  • - Original shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • - Return/Exchange added shipping fees may apply to certain large or odd sized items such as luggage or rod tubes, as noted on product detail pages.
  • - SIMMS does not accept exchanges or returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. Exchanged or returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned to you and, in the case of an exchange, you will be charged for the original item.

*Items purchased through the Simms Pro Program are not eligible for free return or exchange shipping. A flat shipping fee of $15 will be charged for Pro Program returns and a return shipping label provided.




  1. 1) Click the return link in your order confirmation email, or click here to open the returns center
  2. 2) Enter your order number (starts with “WEB-“ found in the Accounts section of the website, on your packing slip or order confirmation email) and shipping zip code
  3. 3) Select the item(s) to return or exchange and reason for returning (required)
  4. 3) Select “Click to Proceed” button to review your return and then select “Complete” to finalize.
  5. 4) Download your shipping label from the next page, Return Confirmation, print the packing slip and include in the return packaging.
  6. 4) Bring your package to a convenient UPS location




  1. - You will receive a return confirmation email that will link you to the Simms Returns Center
  2. - Enter your order number and shipping zip code
  3. - Click the “Track Shipping Status” link beneath the product you have returned/exchanged
